Faith Formation Registration Form Registration

Faith Formation for children preschool through 12th grade is held  Sunday mornings from 10:15 - 11:30.

Catechists and volunteers minister to the children of St. Mary's who are going through the faith formation process and/or preparing for First Reconciliation & Communion.   Please call 997-9523 to volunteer or to register your child.

Sacramental Information

First Reconciliation: Children in 2nd grade or older are invited to participate with their parents in this process which includes: a parent session, home-base instruction, and a family retreat day which includes the Sacrament. Children also need to be involved in one of the ongoing faith formation options. Please contact Sandra Brodbeck, Faith Formation Coordinator for more information.

First Eucharist: Children in 2nd grade or older are invited to participate with their parents in this process which includes: a parent session, home-base instruction, and a family retreat day, and the celebration of the Sacrament. Children also need to be involved in one of the ongoing faith formation options. Please contact Sandra Brodbeck, Faith Formation Coordinator for more information.

Confirmation: Youth in the 11th grade are invited to participate with their sponsors and parents to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation. The teens will experience full initiation into the life of the faith community at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Preparation includes group sessions, special events, meetings between sponsors and candidates, and the confirmation retreat. Candidate should have already received the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist.
